Not ideal. Can't support the weight of people's arms and it comes off. I had to buy some industrial strength Velcro to attach this armrest, as it kept falling off when any weight was put on it. My massage clients have commented on how uncomfortable it is, partly becauseit tips up if more weight is put on one side.
