For Kenmore fridge, model 253.255693407. When I had to replace my icemaker, I couldn't find the same replacement part. Also turned out that the newer model icemaker made it impossible to use the original ice cream shelf. Did a lot of searching before I found this and it's perfect. It's not as deep as the original, which was a must due to the re-designed icemaker (the bar that tells the machine the bin is full now moves up and down horizontally whereas the original icemaker moved vertically-as best I can describe), and you lose access to the on/off switch to the icemaker, but it fits and does the job...and certainly better than me having to get my saw out. ;-)
